Login to WKX Account and click an orange “Save to Free Information Materials List” bottun located below each Techno Video’s video player box.
When you click a “Save to Free Information Materials List” bottun, the selected Techno Video will be shown on “Control Panel” > “Requested Informatin” > “Bulk Information Request List”. *You cannot save a same Techno Video in a list at the same time.
Request for Information Materials are not completed at this stage. If you do not proceed to next step, you can use this function as a bookmark for Techno Videos.
Up to 20 videos can be saved in “Free Information Materials List (bookmark)”. You can request materials for saved videos(upto 20) simultaneously with one action. (Bulk Information Request)
Delivery Information should be provided in order to request information, Please enter and check your information on “Account Management” > “Account Information”.
Check the check box of a Techno Video which you would like to request information materials. (chek box) If delivery options are provided, select either “send by email” or “send by mail”. You can select different delivery options for different videos.
Choose “Bulk Information Request” from pull-down menu at the end of the list and then click “Submit”.
Confirm your request in a pop up message and your request will be completed.
When requests are completed, corresponding Techno Videos will be deleted from the list and will appear in “Requested Information” page. You can also check the status of your request within this page. *Information materials may not be delivered due to some certain reasons on the part of video provider. (cannot send)
