His Privacy Policy explains how we protect personal information we collected from users of Web Knowledge Xpo (URL: http://wkx21c.org/) (hereafter referred to as the Site). Our Privacy Policy applies to the Site but excludes other pages linked from the Site. These links are offered by Asia Technology Transfer Organization, Inc. and they are managed under different Privacy Statement.
JEF collect personal information through the Site for below mentioned purposes and use personal information properly.
JEF collects below mentioned personal information.
Name, email address, name of company, address of company, division name in company, title in company, telephone number, and fax number. JEF does not edit personal information we collected.
The Site collects Log information. Log information is used to check the Site’s usage situation and security.
Small files called cookies are sent to your device. Cookies are used to maintain login status and not used to link with personal information. In addition, cookies are also sent from youtube.com. These cookies are sent when calling up videos from youtube.com server and are not used to identify individuals.
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to the links established among the Site. Each links are managed under different Privacy Statement. Please refer to their Privacy Statement.
The Site offers the page where users can write personal information by their own. This personal information has a possibility to be obtained by third party other than JEF. JEF is not responsible for any troubles occurred on the page.
For providing better services to our clients, JEF provide personal information to our outsourcing companies to process it for us.
JEF selects outsourcing companies based on their compliance with our Privacy Policy. JEF makes an agreement with our outsourcing companies on privacy issues and state appropriate confidentiality and security measures. JEF takes necessary and proper measures for the prevention of leakage of personal information.
JEF does not share personal information with third parties without consent. However, this shall not apply in pursuant to laws and regulations
JEF confirms the identification before dealing with request from users to disclose, edit, delete or use personal information and to share personal information to third parties. After logging in, users can also disclose and edit personal information from “Edit Account” button on Account Page Menu.
JEF manages to keep personal information up to date and accurately within the scope necessary for achievement of the purpose of utilization of personal information. JEF manages to take safety measures from technical and organizational point.
